Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire onboarding and implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and platform adoption
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients, collaborating with the Customer Success Manager
- Facilitate client training sessions and provide resources for user support
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT at a college or university
- Strong project management experience with complex software implementations
- Experience managing technical integrations and configurations during onboarding
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in SaaS products and technologies
- Experience in building and delivering client training and education
