Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Escalations & Experience Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage clinician schedules in Athena
• Monitor clinician schedules and manage patient waiting lists
• Reschedule patients and adjust clinician schedules as needed

Required Qualifications

• Availability for 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Minimum of five years as a Clinical Scheduler, preferably in AthenaHealth
• At least one year of experience in a digital healthcare company
• Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
