Multi-State RN Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive calls related to patient care and instruct patients/caregivers on appropriate interventions
• Assess available options for interventions and determine the best course of action for patients and/or caregivers
• Dispatch nursing visits based on patient needs as determined through EMR and phone calls

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting preferred
• One to two years of recent experience in home care preferred
• RN license for the 10 states served or a compact license before hiring
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with one year of hospice care experience preferred
