Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring one-call resolutions
  • Document customer accounts accurately in client systems and follow required scripts and procedures
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including calls and online chat
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service within a transaction-based environment
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including at least one weekend day
  • Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and ability to use multiple software systems
  • Must reside in specific states including TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, or NV
