Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring one-call resolutions
- Document customer accounts accurately in client systems and follow required scripts and procedures
- Create exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including calls and online chat
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service within a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and ability to use multiple software systems
- Must reside in specific states including TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, or NV
