Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator II to manage fleet maintenance transactions and provide customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions from initiation to technician custody
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians and encourage preventative maintenance scheduling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
