Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator II to manage fleet maintenance transactions and provide customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions from initiation to technician custody
  • Document customer interactions accurately in company systems and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians and encourage preventative maintenance scheduling
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
