Pharmacy Technician Licensed Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor claims activity for accuracy and successful submission
• Ensure patient billing information is accurately set up in the pharmacy software
• Respond to inquiries regarding reimbursement and billing, and work with internal teams to resolve claim issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED; some college preferred
• CPhT certification preferred
• Pharmacy technician license or trainee license strongly preferred in applicable states
• Experience with pharmacy, health plan, or clinical insurance claims billing preferred
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
