A company is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound guest inquiries through various communication channels
• Maintain a pipeline of guest leads and execute timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Proactively offer cross-sell and upsell options based on guest interests and booking patterns

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales-driven roles with a focus on converting leads
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and booking platforms
• Prior experience in vacation rentals, luxury hospitality, or concierge services is preferred
• Availability for mid-day shifts, 7 days a week
• Bilingual (English required; Spanish proficiency highly desirable)
