Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound guest inquiries through various communication channels
- Maintain a pipeline of guest leads and execute timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Proactively offer cross-sell and upsell options based on guest interests and booking patterns
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales-driven roles with a focus on converting leads
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and booking platforms
- Prior experience in vacation rentals, luxury hospitality, or concierge services is preferred
- Availability for mid-day shifts, 7 days a week
- Bilingual (English required; Spanish proficiency highly desirable)
