Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collection Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound communications
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and validate self-pay balances with patients
  • Provide information on the Financial Assistance Program and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • At least 2 years in healthcare account management with customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
