A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collection Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound communications
- Negotiate payment arrangements and validate self-pay balances with patients
- Provide information on the Financial Assistance Program and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- At least 2 years in healthcare account management with customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
