Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the operation and configuration of the Optos Panoramic200
- Troubleshoot network problems, including connectivity and VPN issues
- Log interactions into the CRM system and escalate critical issues to field teams
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Previous experience in a customer care environment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Intermediate IT networking knowledge and a high-speed home internet connection
