Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the operation and configuration of the Optos Panoramic200
  • Troubleshoot network problems, including connectivity and VPN issues
  • Log interactions into the CRM system and escalate critical issues to field teams


Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience
  • Previous experience in a customer care environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Intermediate IT networking knowledge and a high-speed home internet connection
