Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process complaints to ensure proper coding and assessment
- Perform data entry and prepare reports related to complaints and special projects
- Review and analyze lot documentation to identify anomalies related to product failures
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in data management and record keeping
- Experience in the Medical Device field or related transferable experience
- Technical aptitude in data management
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
