A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates during the closing process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
- Experience with high-volume real estate transactions is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Strong adaptability to changes and ability to manage competing demands
