A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Expert - Phone Intake.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 60-65 inbound calls daily from patients and providers regarding home healthcare services
- Assist customers with service requests and inquiries using multiple applications and a dual monitor setup
- Maintain performance targets in call handling metrics and adhere to company policies, including HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, including 1 year in healthcare
- Proficient with navigating dual monitors and multiple applications
- Ability to type at a speed of 30 WPM and perform data entry while listening
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
