Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction during professional services engagements
- Plan and implement Cyber Security Training and Assessment programs for customers
- Resolve technical issues related to ZenGuide Security software and manage customer account statuses in CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with SaaS and strong customer management skills
- Technical skills in HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet are a plus
- Excellent time management and adaptive skills
- High energy and enthusiastic attitude
