Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to students by addressing inquiries and guiding them to appropriate resources
- Deliver support services via e-mail, text, telephone, or online chat while maintaining availability for inbound calls
- Assist student service areas and maintain detailed records of communications in student files
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Knowledge of university guidelines, academic terminology, and basic computer processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage time effectively and perform critical thinking
- Experience in providing support services in an academic setting is preferred
