Back Office Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back Office Agent for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer prescriptions and orders, preparing and uploading data into the CRM system
• Manage customer data in the CRM system and document cost estimates for prescriptions
• Support the sales team with inquiries and order management while ensuring compliance with service levels and KPIs

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong knowledge of the German health insurance system and reimbursement processes
• At least 3 years of experience in back-office processes, particularly in healthcare
• Bilingualism in German and English is a plus
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP
• Proficient in MS Office applications
