Job Summary
A company is looking for a Back Office Agent for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer prescriptions and orders, preparing and uploading data into the CRM system
- Manage customer data in the CRM system and document cost estimates for prescriptions
- Support the sales team with inquiries and order management while ensuring compliance with service levels and KPIs
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Strong knowledge of the German health insurance system and reimbursement processes
- At least 3 years of experience in back-office processes, particularly in healthcare
- Bilingualism in German and English is a plus
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP
- Proficient in MS Office applications
