Key Responsibilities
- Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data onboarding and enrollment systems
- Manage internal and external resources for data re-implementation and change projects
- Perform triage for data inquiries and issues, acting as a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications
- Four to six years of experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, or customer-facing project management
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying applications such as SQL Server
- Understanding of basic database concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
