Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager for a project assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order-to-bill operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while overseeing third-party operations
- Support operational processes including DSCSA compliance and partner onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP
- Experience dealing with hospitals, GPOs, and IDNs across the U.S
- Background in logistics management and/or supply chain management
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, or FMCG industry is preferred
