Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist (Pacific Time Hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls and email
  • Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy, efficiency, and productivity
  • De-escalate challenging situations and provide outstanding customer support through active listening and solution-oriented actions
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or a similar role in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven track record of success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
  • Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
