Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Contact Center Specialist - MyChart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and guide patients to appropriate resources
  • Schedule appointments using the Epic system and assist with patient registrations and referrals
  • Provide MyChart technical support and educate patients on digital health tools
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center or phone-based customer service role
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
  • Familiarity with contact center software and technology
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
