A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Contact Center Specialist - MyChart.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and guide patients to appropriate resources
- Schedule appointments using the Epic system and assist with patient registrations and referrals
- Provide MyChart technical support and educate patients on digital health tools
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center or phone-based customer service role
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
- Familiarity with contact center software and technology
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
