A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support physicians, dietitians, and patients in a telemedicine environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of patients as their primary point of contact for inquiries and issues
- Coordinate patient care by addressing general inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support for clinicians and communicate patient feedback to improve operations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is strongly preferred
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced medical practice
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping patients
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Slack and Google Workspace
- Motivation to pursue a career in clinical medicine is encouraged
