Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer success strategies and coach customer teams to achieve goals
- Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor while coordinating internal resources
- Conduct value reviews, monitor customer performance, and support customer campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Strong P2P or S2C domain expertise
- Background in customer/client management
- Entrepreneurial attitude and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing client expectations and developing executive relationships
- Minimum bachelor's degree; master's degree is a plus
