A company is looking for a Collections Representative to handle customer interactions and financial collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, making outbound financial collection calls
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy to operate multiple windows and tabs while assisting customers
- Superb attendance record is required
