Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for value-added benefits and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Support the planning and implementation of Member Advisory Committees and maintain electronic files for member engagement
- Perform data entry, basic analysis, and assist with community engagement programs and partnerships
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support or customer service required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience engaging customers telephonically
- Familiarity with database management; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
