Warranty Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer pay repair orders in accordance with manufacturer and state law requirements
• Prepare complete and accurate filing packages for submission to the manufacturer
• Maintain detailed records of all submissions and communicate filing status to dealership management

Qualifications & Skills Needed

• 1-2 years dealership service department experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
• Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
