Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Sales Support Representative to assist Health Plan Members with inquiries and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound, outbound, and chat interactions with members and providers
  • Assist members and providers with healthcare benefits and options using web systems
  • Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by identifying problems and producing results
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating various software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
