Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Lead - Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Billing Team
• Oversee and monitor the daily performance of pharmacy technicians
• Provide coaching and delegate assignments based on workload

Qualifications

• Exceptional attendance record
• Current/recent experience on the Billing team
• Previous management/leadership experience preferred
• Minimum of 6 months tenure with the company, including 6 months in the current role
• No active performance management or corrective action
