A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of new products for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Coordinate the launch of new products and services with existing clients, collaborating with internal departments
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or a project-driven, customer-facing role
- Highly self-motivated with strong ownership of outcomes and the ability to manage tasks independently
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and proven ability to build trusted relationships
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare or health tech space is a plus
