Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through the setup process and optimize their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions and coach customers on list growth, automations, and campaigns
  • Develop creative onboarding strategies to drive immediate customer growth
  • Collaborate with customers to strategize marketing efforts and ensure technical issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or related tech
  • Experience in ecommerce or martech is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to create a consistent customer experience
  • Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment is preferred
