Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit claims accurately and timely, respond to denials, and manage insurance follow-up and collections
• Analyze and correct patient invoices or accounts, maintaining work queues and resolving issues related to payments and claims
• Reconcile accounts, respond to correspondence, and maintain knowledge of health insurance plans and policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities (e.g., Authorization, Billing, Follow-Up, Call-Center, or Collections)
