Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding experiences and ensure customer requirements are met
- Translate customer needs to internal teams and provide feedback for product improvements
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to help customers achieve their goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in technology
- Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT)
- Ability to ask questions to uncover problems and translate technical requirements
- Knowledge of APIs and their functionalities
