Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Launch Associate, Care Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch new partners and ensure their long-term success
• Build and maintain relationships with care partners' teams and leadership
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights for product and operations strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in Customer Success or Strategic Customer-facing roles
• Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
• Proven relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive towards outcomes
• Strong operational management skills, capable of handling multiple high-impact customers
