Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer to provide software support for customers with complex conveyor and robotics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on WMS/WES/WCS and troubleshoot software and network issues
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain records of customer interactions and project warranties
- Provide clarity to customers and follow up on unresolved complaints, ensuring issues are addressed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
- 2 or more years of related experience with WMS, WCS, and WES
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution and fulfillment centers
- Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP) for application troubleshooting
- Ability to be on call as part of a rotational 24/7 team
