A company is looking for an E-Learning Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students
- Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams and courses within the LMS
- Conduct student and faculty orientations, including office hours for online orientations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience of 1-3 years
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Comfort in a support role with high attention to detail
- Technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team
- Strong organization skills
