A company is looking for a Credentialing Technician - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support to improve the quality and productivity of the Credentialing Department
- Organize and coordinate functional area support activities and analyze service and production outcomes
- Develop training and documentation for process and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in health insurance, healthcare field, and/or customer service
- Experience as a lead or team member on a project team
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience in health plan business or credentialing (preferred)
- Experience in database management and spreadsheets (preferred)
