Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers for seamless onboarding and implementation
- Build and execute account strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and retention of customers
- Develop executive-level relationships and deliver impactful business reviews to ensure long-term success
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customers
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams
- Bonus: Experience in the identity or security space, or in high-growth startup environments
