Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete referrals and applications in a customer relationship management platform
- Resolve patient inquiries and maintain communication throughout the patient journey
- Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required Qualifications
- High School education required
- 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and pharmacy operations is a plus
