Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator- BILINGUAL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and complete referrals and applications in a customer relationship management platform
  • Resolve patient inquiries and maintain communication throughout the patient journey
  • Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required Qualifications
  • High School education required
  • 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance billing methods and pharmacy operations is a plus
