Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts telephonic outreach to assist members with applying or recertifying for Medicaid programs
• Collaborates with government offices to complete application and recertification processes accurately
• Secures necessary documentation for Medicaid/MSP renewal applications and adheres to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs and screening for Medicaid eligibility
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Special Needs Programs, Low Income Subsidy, and Medicare Savings Program
• 2-3 years of related experience with direct consumer interaction
• Ability to navigate multiple databases and maintain a typing speed of 45 wpm
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is a plus
