Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and process orders, including sending confirmations and providing status updates
- Respond to customer service emails utilizing Zendesk
- Research and resolve billing and pricing inquiries, as well as order issues, credits, rebills, and product returns
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of billing and pricing processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
