Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and process orders, including sending confirmations and providing status updates
  • Respond to customer service emails utilizing Zendesk
  • Research and resolve billing and pricing inquiries, as well as order issues, credits, rebills, and product returns
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Basic understanding of billing and pricing processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
