A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including live chats, emails, and phone calls
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM, while following departmental policies
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (preferably at a premium brand)
- 1+ years of experience in building customer relationships and resolving complaints
- 1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues collaboratively
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
