A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor for complex customer cases and create technical articles for better understanding
- Perform complex product troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents
- Implement readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements through automation and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
- Experience in technical support or technical consulting
- Microsoft Technology Certifications are preferred
