A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor for Auto Liability (Commercial).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of claims adjusters managing various auto liability claims
• Promote best practices and ensure claims are handled in accordance with company standards
• Manage workloads, set team goals, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Minimum of 8 years of prior leadership experience
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
