Key Responsibilities

- Ensure first contact resolution by addressing customer needs and complaints efficiently

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment required
- Availability for holiday rotation is required
- Competency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
