Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, documenting all interactions according to standard procedures
- Process orders, verify insurance information, and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience required
- Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
- Proficiency in navigating online EMR systems and understanding insurance documentation requirements
