A company is looking for a Pharmacy Member Specialist to join their Pharmacy Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for pharmacy needs, including Home Infusion and specialty savings programs
• Address inquiries related to medication management, coverage, and pharmacy networks
• Investigate and resolve pharmacy claims issues to ensure accurate processing and payments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail, Mail Order, or specialty pharmacy
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement defined processes
• Ability to evaluate alternative courses of action and make sound decisions
• Ability to multitask and manage ambiguity
• Strong focus on enhancing the member experience
