Key Responsibilities
- Models good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
- Handles service requests effectively as part of the Call Center team
- Documents assessments, interventions, and interactions with clients in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Competency in assessing client needs and providing appropriate referrals
- Ability to work effectively under time and decision-making pressure
- Experience with crisis intervention
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
