Field Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting and repairs on technical and mechanical equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment at customer sites or in the branch shop
• Complete required reporting of service work performed and maintain accurate time sheets
• Ensure all necessary training and certifications are kept up to date

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 5 years relevant experience and training
• 3 years prior experience in a similar or related field
• Valid driver's license and DOT certification
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
