Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, including personalized offers and communications

- Perform A/B testing of business hypotheses and support team development, including training and motivation for achieving retention goals
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Junior CRM Manager
- Experience in CRM with a deep understanding of CRM principles
- Analytical skills and experience working with customer data
- Implementation of innovative approaches and technologies for customer retention
- Confident knowledge of CRM tools
