Key Responsibilities

  • Perform A/B testing of business hypotheses and support team development, including training and motivation for achieving retention goals
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a Junior CRM Manager
  • Experience in CRM with a deep understanding of CRM principles
  • Analytical skills and experience working with customer data
  • Implementation of innovative approaches and technologies for customer retention
  • Confident knowledge of CRM tools
