Key Responsibilities

• Execute ticket delivery processes post-sale
• Interact with accounts to facilitate automated systems
• Support automation initiatives for streamlined ticket fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the entertainment/ticketing industry
• 2 or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Comfortable with multiple systems including Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, and customer support ticketing systems
• Strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced environment
