A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and long-term success of enterprise customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships during the initial onboarding phase for new key accounts
- Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching for all key accounts
- Effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Established credibility with service professionals in relevant specialties
