Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and long-term success of enterprise customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships during the initial onboarding phase for new key accounts
  • Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching for all key accounts
  • Effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Established credibility with service professionals in relevant specialties
