Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department or automotive industry preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with knowledge of measurement processes
- Ability to adapt to individual customer calls and handle requests efficiently
